Great support! Was able to troubleshoot an issue I was having with the hide price feature. Support responded within minutes of my inquiry and problem resolved by end of working day. I usually do not leave reviews but feel in this instance this is well deserved.

This customer service and dev team are extremely patient and understanding. Several things needed to be fixed after I activated the app in our online shop. I reached out and they were quick to get things moving in the right direction. After only a few days all of the issues were sorted out and things are working as they should. Everything went really super, the only one thing that during the weekend not all experts are available so I had to wait till Monday to get my problem solved, apart form this brilliant job

This app does everything I need it to, I have searched quite a while for a quoting app that functions well across my range of fairly complex products. Absolutely loving it so far and Tracy has been incredible in helping me make further customisations to ensure everything works perfectly for my store.

The app works really well "right out of the box" - however there were a couple of items I wanted to change to fit my store a little bit better. I contacted the developer, and I was very surprised how responsive they were and how quickly they took care of my requests.
If you download this app and it doesn't seem to be the perfect fit, I would highly recommend you contact the developer prior to removing it to see if they can make a couple of changes for you - they seem happy to do so.
My customers seem to be liking this option of contacting me about my products - and it helps me streamline my work - so I expect to keep using it indefinitely.
