Very good app with excellent customer service. Does exactly what is says it does. I experiecend a few issues with hiding our prices on our collection page, bur Niel was very quick to sort this issue out for us. Overall we are very pleased with the performance of this app.

Since Shopify doesn't have a hide price / request quote option yet, Quote Snap is a very good alternative.
The app works great and instructions are easy to follow.
And for the questions I coudn't find an answer to the support via chat is perfect. Always somebody there to help you immediately and with solutions to you problem.

Customer service is extremely slow and not based in America. What does mean for you? Well, it means that everything you have an issue (WHICH IS ALL THE TIME), they need 24-48 hours to get back with you. OR THEY WALK YOU THROUGH A FIX THAT ENDS UP CRASHING YOUR ENTIRE SITE AND THEIR SOLUTION IS TO GET BACK WITH YOU TOMORROW. LIKE NO... YOU MESSED IT UP, YOU NEED TO FIX IT NOW.

The App is very good, I used it for hiding prices on some collections and its very seamless to us. But whats really awesome is their support. I dont even see this kind of support from major players like Facebook or Meta, but these folks are very good. Highly recommended.

I've been on quite the hunt for a quote/request app for the last month. Between lack of features and lack of support, it was tough to find something that fit the niche needs of my company. I finally found it with this app and dev team. Would highly recommend!
