So first of all, this app was really easy to setup! I had just a few wording changes that needed to be done; these things required some developer editing so I reached out to customer support. I do most of my computer work at 3am, so I got quick responses via Help Chat. All my issues were resolved perfectly. The customer support I received from Joy and Ms Quinn was phenomenal! I am in the final testing stages of this app, but I can already tell my customers are going to love this new feature and will prevent a lot of extra back and forth emailing to get custom order quotes. I will update this review as soon as my customers give me their feedback as well on how they enjoy using the feature in my shop. Looking forward to trying out this new feature and Thank you Omega team! <3

サポートの対応が非常に早く、問題がすぐ解決しました。 "Request for quote" ボタンの大きさがデフォルトでは、大きかったり小さかったり、使っているテーマと合わない場合が多いかと思いますが、サポートに問い合わせれば、すぐ対応してくれますよ。とても良いサポート体制です。

We have tried all the apps on the app store and this by far is the best out there ( we have been using shopify for 6 years now ) The development team are always available to assist and actually get back to you unlike other companies out there.

I really like their service. I had some problems setting up, but their online chat was quick to give feedback. It took about 3 minutes to solve a problem I was confused about all day, so I give you the biggest 5 stars ⭐️
