I was looking for a way to easily remove the "Buy it now" and "Add to Cart" button for certain items and add a "Request a Quote" button instead.

Fast support. The App does exactly what it claims. If it could automatically send Draft Orders to customers, it would get 5/5 starts from us. But for RFQ apps, the app is simple and easy to set up and use.
