Highly recommend this app and the team behind them. I had alot of questions regarding how much customisation that the app can offer and the team was patience and helpful to answer all the questions I had. After browsing through more than a dozen apps, this app also offers the best price and UI overall, and fits our business profile currently. I use this app for allowing my clients to request a quote, which suits my store as many variables can exist and this allows them to get customised quotes. I was very impressed how seamlessly this app integrated into my store and worked really well. Also is very easy to use, looks good functionally and has lots of different options. Highly recommend if you need a "Request Quote" function on your store.
Working with Joy and Diego has been the best experience EVER! They are both super quick to respond and have worked with me for a few days troubleshooting my issue. This app is exactly what I was looking for and I could not be more happy with it so far! I cannot say enough about the quality of service I have been receiving from Diego and Joy! Seriously some of the best tech support I have ever had in my life!

The quotes are great and easy to use for the most part. If I have any problems or questions, I can chat with Omega and they almost instantly respond and help me. If they do not have a specific feature, they will ask their dev team to create it for you if possible which is great. A special thank you to Wendy for always reponding with such personnalised and great service ! Would absolutely reccomend it. It feels like you have someone working with you 24/7 for really reasonable prices
