This app has become more of a time-consuming troubleshooting process with each update or change. Integrated it into our website to allow for a more streamlined quoting and booking process for our rental business however each update has made our team have to spend more and more time to troubleshoot the app due to functionality issues of the app.
Every update has made a different old setting previously in place inaccessible. The app's team are not in a U.S. time zone so very little can be addressed in real time. Most things are addressed overnight which can cause most things to take multiple days to be resolved. The concept had a good framework, and the developers try to receive feedback but very little is resolved in a timely enough fashion for businesses to be able to rely on this app to be used for a core part of the business model. If they were to have a developer on-call 24 hours, it could be a really good app. But the way they do things now is making us want to cancel the annual subscription and find another quoting feature app or leave Shopify all together.

I spent two days trying to work out how to get this app up and running on my store. What a waste of my precious time. I needed to create different forms for different products. While this plugin has the configuration capability to do this, it actually doesn't work. So I gave up. Also the instructions are written in poor English and can't be followed. Considering the amount they charge per month, I am sure they could hire an English copywriter on Fiverr to improve the user guide.
