Snap! Request Quote Hide Price

Prompt, helpful support fixing a couple, of minor issues on our website. The Add to Quote Button was missing some padding beneath. Very pleased.

It does what I need it to do easily, has plenty of customisation available and the support is fantastic!

Request a Quote is an amazing app for my Shopify store, and the Omega support team is great! I needed a way for customers to request a shipping quote since we sell large items and the shipping cost varies widely based on their address. This app not only solved the problem, but includes time-saving features such as converting the quote request into a draft order. Excellent service and support. We were looking for a solution that allowed us to combine the Request a Quote button for select products and add to cart, and it works perfectly.

I love this app and the way it works seamlessly with my varied requirements. I have so much customizability for all my different product types. Support is top-notch! They helped me customize the app to communicate with another app and have it populate in my quote requests for me . I honestly didn't think it was going to be possible, but I just described what I needed to Joy, she asked me a couple of questions... and they got back to me the next day with the completed result. I am extremely happy with how it worked out and they really went above and beyond... Most services would have just said, "We're sorry, that's not possible..." I am very impressed and frankly, surprised by how efficient they were. Can't recommend more highly!!
