Immediate responses from support staff is always lovely to see. It does everything it says on the tin for us, we're able to generate leads with much better knowledge of the user's intention now.

There were some minor visual bugs with the first screen you see after loading the app but when diving into the data it's deriving it from (such as the estimated values) it will still have the correct information on the back end.

These issues will probably be fixed very quickly.

There were some bugs, but the support is great and helped a lot!

Good app for simple shops and easy to get started with.

However, for more complex or multilingual shops, several important issues appeared: PDF formatting is still incomplete, translations are inconsistent, taxes and shipping are not displayed correctly, and the quote workflow is unclear in some areas. Support was helpful at first, but response times slowed down over time.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend it for more advanced setups at this stage.
