This easy-to-use app is vital for my business and I highly recommend it. Not only does it provide exactly what I need, it also comes with an excellent customer support team which I'm very happy and impressed with. It's obvious that Emma and the Globo team truly care about customer satisfaction. I had a number of customization requests and Emma responded with the solution immediately which is rare these days. I needed some help from the tech team when setting up the app. The whole customer service and tech team was extremely attentive and nice. The app works perfectly now and they even made custom changes for me. 5 stars for customer friendliness alone

I do use the contact form and request quote apps on our store, they work well, and we are happy with the customer support they provide when we have an issue; they keep you informed on the progress and make sure they get feedback from us before they close the issue ticket, My self I highly recommend both apps and Globo services to their customers.
