Great support!
We have the basic subscription and found the app to have a good amount of options for customisation, easy to navigate and easy to implement colour and look edits. I reached out to support on a Friday afternoon and by Monday morning our issue was resolved. This is our second app from the Globo team and their support is always quick and responsive. Very happy and highly recommend.

HIDE PRICES DOESN'T WORK ON ALL 2.0 THEMES and the developers are very cavalier with their fixes and launching of code. I am a front-end developer. PLEASE BEWARE to thoroughly check Globo's code fixes because it doesn't appear that they do. Please let me explain our nightmare so this doesn't happen to you.
Our issue caused heheadaches with our customers, and in one case, substantially discount a product. Due to the nature of our high-priced products, our business is predicated on hiding prices from customers allowing us to quote accurately and appropriately. Unfortunatley prices on our Recently Viewed widget, Recommended Products widget, and Search (only on mobile) were still visible after we launched our 2.0 theme. As a short term, and very quick fix, I hid all prices using display:none; CSS, while the Globo team coded a fix.
After several responses telling me the code was fixed (when it hadn't been) we finally seemed to get it right, only to find out when the URL included /pages/, which is where all quoted products go to submit a quote, the prices would show in search and the widgets. A customer saw a wrong price and we had to honor that price costing us big. So once again, I implemented the CSS code hiding all prices unconditionally. Globo again said they fixed the issue, removed my code, and it clearly showed the prices on all search products without us being able to check their fix.
It seems that there is absolutely NO Q&A process on Globo's side when they implement fixes. So again BEWARE
The customer support is awesome, I had some minor issues when it came to hiding the prices and they were very quick to respond and sort out and fix the problems, they also followed up to make sure everything was working as it should be. I can not be happier with this app and the people who support it.
Using this APP 3 months, that is the best one for B2B business, the service is good, when the theme updated, we may need to fix any problem, but the customer service is fast response and helped me for the problem. Now all working good. 5 stars for this APP, highly recommend!!
