We have a company that custom builds most of our products and we needed a robust quoting extension. The biggest feature for Globo Request a Quote is the "Quote Cart". Most quoting apps submit one quote per product and many of our customers choose several products and then need one large quote. The form also allows us to collect all of the information we could possibly need to quote them accurately (deadlines, file uploads, etc). The other big reason we chose this app is because it integrates with Bold Product Options and when we encountered a compatibility issue, the Globo team didn't hesitate to fix it and now everything is working perfectly. We couldn't be happier and will definitely look at the rest of Globo's extensions to see what else we can integrate into our store. 2021 Update: This is by far one of the best app support teams out there. They are extremely responsive in addressing any issue no matter how small, and always provide a rapid resolution to your request. Thanks again to Emma, Joel, and their entire team for keeping their support service top notch! We'd highly recommend any app developed by this team.

I was looking for a quote request app that I could make completely to my design requirements and that worked well and quickly. It was possible to customize all the fields for the customer, and there were many variations. So the function of the app is doing very well. But then we haven't talked about the support of this app. I had a few things that I wanted different or wanted to remove. I asked the support team and got a very quick response from Kelly and Emma. The team helped quickly with my problem and each time I got a reply within a few hours. Really great service! This is one of the reasons why I would recommend this app. If you download this app and you have problems or want something else? Just message the support team and they would be happy to help you! At least that's my experience ;)

This is exactly what i was after! Easy to use! I needed some help with a small issue i noticed and Emma at the Globo team responded immediately and had the developers fix this issue within a few hours! Highly recommend this app, not only for the use of it but also the customer service and having any issue fixed that same day! Thanks guys!
