Great app for allowing our customer to request multiple RFQs at the same time. We can then quickly turn around and create orders.

When I switched themes the previous "call for price/request a quote" app I was using was not working and was getting a little outdated for my taste. Upon searching the app store I was surprised that there were not many options for this feature so it was not a tough decision to go with Globo Request a Quote. I have an extensive inventory primarily to showcase what we have in our bricks and mortar store, less to sell online. I have many large custom products that would require specialized pricing and possibly calculated shipping to quote so advertising a price is not always an option. The last app I had needed a bit of custom code that I am not comfortable with, while this app has a nice admin page to do a lot the product selections and customizing from which makes product selection and creating forms really easy. Another improvement is this app allows the customer to choose multiple items to add to the quote form rather than having to create separate requests, while all of the customer requests are nicely organized for me in the admin page. I did have a few kinks that I needed assistance with and Emma worked with me diligently until all my issues were taken care of. So far I am very pleased and looking forward to seeing this new system work very easily for our shoppers to become customers!

Works very well together with the Globo Product Options app. We use both for customizable products in the shop. Very good experience and very helpful team! Thank you.

Update August 2024 - changed from 5 to 2 stars. Performance wise only one star, but support is very responsive, even if they could not solve the problem.

This app has been sold to another company (Samita) without notice. We got this confirmed by the new companies support staff after asking for it twice. Integration with Globo app is not working anymore. Correct display of pricing is not working anymore. Removing items from their own (pay layter) popup cart is not working anymore. We are out.

This app is great when you can get it for free and see how it looks.
With our business and promotional products being sometimes more complicated to price out, this app helps us do it efficiently and quickly for customers.

Good app - didn't automatically do what it was supposed to do but customer support (led by Emma) was very prompt and helpful. A bit of back and forth and it's working perfectly now. I would have liked it to be more automatic (worked perfectly without reaching out to them) but CS is everything and they have that aced here. Thanks, Emma.

Initially, i did give up when the coding and settings didn't work. It may seem difficult at first for those who cant do coding, but don't fret! Just email them and they will install for you. Quick and Easy!

I even requested for them to do the Request for Quote button according to my store colours - and they obliged!

Thank you support for this Thats why i changed from 1 star to 5 star!
