Super helpful customer support from Nham.
I highly recommend this app, it does exactly what I needed it to do.
Amazing Job
Great app, needed a little configuration and a couple of bugs with our specific setup but they were address and corrected very quickly by the Globo team.
I would definitely recommend the app.
Just like many reviewers have said, Globo provides excellent support. They stayed on my issues stemming from a problematic theme (I think) till the bugs particular to my site was solved. I'm new to the the app but so far think I made the right choice. Will update my 4-star review once I've used it enough to be able to make a longer-term assessment.
If you plan to use a Shopify 2.0 theme beware that this app will not work anymore. We've been using this app for a few years and the support team is always top-notch. However, upon upgrading our store to a new Shopify 2.0 theme we found out that not all the functions of this app work. Any product options/variants that add an additional cost to your product will no longer be transferred over into the quote, making this app essentially useless if you are using any product options that increase the price.
I really hope the dev team works to update this app so that it can fully function with the new Shopify 2.0 themes.
This easy-to-use app is vital for my business and I highly recommend it. Not only does it provide exactly what I need, it also comes with an excellent customer support team which I'm very happy and impressed with. Easy to install and to operate. The app did not work right away. Not all prices where hidden as expected. With good help of the service team it finally works great.

Very arrogant business behavior - no answers even after two, three mails.
Don't count on this business! Look for better business partners,
First of all: all my spam folder does not contain any mail from Globo.
Second: software supplier should never ever put screen shots on public websites containing passwords
Third: software supplier should never ever put screen shots on public websites containing email addresses
Fourth: We got even no emails from Globo, even when we use there website contact form - tried three times
Fifth: It seems I'm not the only one which has "communication problems" with Globo. Just read the comments from 6th May from Canada.
If I would be a software provider, I would be very worry about what's happen with my clients mail. I would check all my website and look where the missing mails from my website email forms are sticking. That's a key information channel and not a sleeping chat window!
The "try" what I saw was a screenshot.... We never got the messages - also not the reply from your website online form requests. The presented screenshots seems to be from the support and not from your "so called" sales team, which also should give answers on ANY email requests.
