SA Request a Quote, Hide Price

We tried several other quoting apps and this one had the majority of functions that we needed. There are some limitations but it works better than all the other apps we tried. The support has been very helpful and quick to respond to issues.

Especially they have a great support team.

We identified a problem with the email notifications in the Samita Request a quote App. The issue was promptly reported, and the Samita support team responded immediately, resolving it without delay. Great service!

The app works well. It's very easy to hide prices for specific or bulk items, and the request quote form has been easy for our customers to use and understand.

There was a bug in the app server the other day.
A popup saying "Samita is Loading..." keeps appearing, and we were unable to log in.

It took us about two days to be able to use it due to the holiday break in their country but support team were quick and efficient at setting things right. So far, this has been the only app that will successfully hide prices and keep things hassle-free, so we recommend it.

Great app, I think it could do with a few more features but considering the cost it is very good.
Customer service deserves special recognition, as Haley promptly implemented all of our changes and politely helped us with any enquires.

A great app that allows customers to request a quote and hide the price. It took a little bit to get the app working with our system but customer support, Haley was extremely helpful and rectified the problems almost immediately. Very easy to access customer support and the team was quick to respond.

Easy to manage in the settings and monitor. I would recommend this app.

A must-have app if you wish to collect B 2 B orders from your existing store. The app could still be improved however the assistance is awesome which totally offsets the drawbacks.. thanks a lot, Emma !
