Update August 2024 - changed from 5 to 2 stars. Performance wise only one star, but support is very responsive, even if they could not solve the problem.

This app has been sold to another company (Samita) without notice. We got this confirmed by the new companies support staff after asking for it twice. Integration with Globo app is not working anymore. Correct display of pricing is not working anymore. Removing items from their own (pay layter) popup cart is not working anymore. We are out.

I was assisted within a minute by Hazel, who was on it, professional and helped me with all my queries quickly. This really makes using apps like this a breeze and worthwhile when you have such helpful assistance in a time of need. Thank you

Happy to begin with bet when you get to start using the app you realise much of standard features are not included like connection to ad-services like facebook and instagram for tracking. Support doesnt even help with simple info on what the app does.

Request a Quote app has the best customer service I’ve ever experienced.

I had an urgent issue where prices were still showing on product and collection pages. Haley jumped on it straight away, arranged collaborator access, and had their developer fix it fast.

Then a new issue popped up with variant behaviour and add to cart. They fixed that just as quickly.

After that, I asked for a couple of custom tweaks to match our theme, including the quote form font and the quote button behaviour on collection pages. Again, they handled it without fuss and even provided a Loom video to confirm the changes.

Every message was clear, fast, and helpful. No back and forth. No delays. Just solutions.

fantastic way to add a request a quote feature to our store. fairly simple to setup. the admin email notifications are great since we do not monitor the site 24/7.
