Using this APP 3 months, that is the best one for B2B business, the service is good, when the theme updated, we may need to fix any problem, but the customer service is fast response and helped me for the problem. Now all working good. 5 stars for this APP, highly recommend!!

The app is fairly intuitive to set up. The only area I feel qualifies for enhancements are the in-app customization options. However, anything that I could not customize from the UI, the app support team stepped in quickly to assist. Best app customer service I have received thus far.

The customer support is awesome, I had some minor issues when it came to hiding the prices and they were very quick to respond and sort out and fix the problems, they also followed up to make sure everything was working as it should be. I can not be happier with this app and the people who support it.

3.5/5 -- app is pretty frustrating at times when it doesn't work and isn't super user-friendly when it comes to getting the necessary products to have hidden prices. For us, it wouldn't automatically hide the prices of everything in a certain collection, and it wouldn't load when I tried to add them manually. However, their team worked with me until we finally got it right after a few days of emailing back and forth and trying many options. I am very appreciative to Emma and Kenny for their help!

We're building a B2B store with complex payment and shipping requirements and restructured our store to an RFQ one using Globo's Request Quote app. It has all the basic functionalities you need for quoting together with Shopify's Draft Order features and we're managing our orders now successfully via this app. Even if a functionality you need is missing, Globo has a very responsive and flexible customer support and would find a spontaneous solution for you.
