Our website sells and brokers bulk food ingredients. Request a Quote is the prefect solution to allow customers to find every item they need and add them all to a quote. It has lots of options and will email the customer automatically confirming their quote request. Support has also been very good. We have done a fair amount of custom coding on our site and it has still integrated wonderfully. Any time we have had an issue its been fixed within 24 hours.

The Request A Quote App has been a helpful tool for our B2B customers, allowing them to apply their trade discount to our products - something very important in our business. Also, the tech support provided by Samita was very good. They were responsive when any issues came up (mainly due to Shopify platform updates) and were able to troubleshoot in a short time frame. 8/15/2024 - I'm increasing the star rating to 5 and adding to this last review from 2020. Excellent support by the app team and I would like to mention Haley who provided us with support lately. We are preparing to install an update to our theme and the Samita team provided very quick support and has implemented all the improvements we asked for with clear and fast communications and perfect implementation. This app has served us loyally for the past few years and is recommended for any store that all or part of its business is done via quotations.

Older review 2020:
Globo request a quote is an excellent and reliable app. It's the only app that allows to hide the prices and change the add to cart button to a request a quote button. The email communications with customers are solid and reliable. With the excellent and very responsive support from Emma and her team, we were able to customize the buttons and pop up message to our own style and also the email templates to the customers and those we get. The app also allows the customer to add files to their requests. The only reason that I'm not giving the app 5 stars rating is because it is not fully integrated with the Shopify customer list and when we convert a request for a quote to a draft order we need to enter again the customer's information to the draft quote. This takes extra time. Should it be integrated with the Shopify customer database would also allow for our marketing system to add the new customer to its list. This app and its support team is highly recommended by us!

We've been using Request a Quote for several years now and can say with certainty that it has been a game changer both for getting more quote requests and converting them to orders.

The customer service is excellent. This week we had a slight glitch on certain browsers after updating our Shopify theme. The team had it fixed in less than 24 hours. Great app and great communication from the customer service folks.

The app is fairly good to a certain extent, where I'm not able to edit the product section on the emails, as i want to add more information about the requested product, but I'm limited.
