I enjoyed using the free version. When i encountered a problem with the admin email address, the support team responded to my feedback.
Love this app! We've been using it for about 18 months and if any issues ever arise the support has always been very helpful and quick.
We have been using this app for a while. It works very smoothly and easy to customize to meet each store needs. We do highly recommend this app. On top of that , the customer service is so friendly and promptly responded to our inquiries and helped us around with some settings. It’s definitely worth for 5 stars
Perfect plugin! I would say it's great support, but they are really more than that! They are excellent, amazing, seriously I have no words to describe. Much more than just helpful, and really really fast. They deserve more than five stars if you ask me, but unfortunately there is no such option.
Globo customer service is amazing to work with. They are responsive and always available. We are currently using 2 of the apps and are very happy. This organizes the quotes for us and gets the job done very simply. Its visual interface is simple and easy to figure out for the customer.
Have used this app for one of our partner stores and works great. Have upgraded to have access to API and use it in a custom build form and that worked too. Customer support was great, even have got in touch with developers to fix some API blockers. Thanks

This app is a great addition to any website, it easily and stylishly adds an entire dedicated section (page) just for quotes; really gives a quote the attention it deserves.
After installing and setting up a form on their awesome new form editor, there was a feature that I needed added. I promptly got a response from them and they asked for some more details, access, and just like that the feature was added. Shout out to Emma!

Side note, some possible additions to improve usability could be as follows:
- Choose between half and full width entry boxes
- Have only placeholder text in entry boxes (no name)
- Perhaps some custom CSS fields
