How Globo Request a Quote Works

Globo Request a Quote allows your customers to submit quotes for any product and bargain for the best price. If you agree with these quotes, you can turn them into orders!

Your customers can click on the “request for quote” button and fill in the request for quote form. After they submit a price quote, an email will be sent to you automatically (store owner).

Convert a quote to an order

If you agree with your customers’ bargain price, you can convert the "request a quote" to an order as well as an invoice. An order email will be automatically sent to your customer. The customer then just needs to final checkout to complete the order.

Upload file to request a quote

Depending on your business, and products, you may need your customers to send you a photo, a PDF file, etc. to give them a reasonable price. Request a Quote app supports this feature with the following file extensions: JPG, JPEG, PNG, PSD, AI, STL, STP, STEP, DOC, DOCX, TXT, CSV, and PDF. If you require other file extensions, please contact us.

Editable email template

Email communication is indispensable for online businesses. That's why this app allows you to edit email templates that are sent to you and your customers. You can edit your shop’s logo, email content, and other information. The customers’ submitted data is displayed on the email as well.

I am very happy with the app. After having the app installed, I had 2 issues concerning the compatibility with the theme of my shop, which was ordered to a third party. Everything was solved very quickly by the team of Globo. Thank you very much Helen for the follow-up. I recommend this app for companies like mine, who don't have standard price to show for each product, but need to interact with potential customers in order to customize quotations according to each project. The app is perfectly helping us for this job and is now well integrated into our shop.

We just started using the Globo app. So far I'm very happy with the support the team gives. We had a few areas where we'd liked adjustment and the Globo team helped a lot with that. They even included a Zapier connection after our request, that makes our process so much easier. Keep up the good work!

Very arrogant business behavior - no answers even after two, three mails.
Don't count on this business! Look for better business partners,

First of all: all my spam folder does not contain any mail from Globo.

Second: software supplier should never ever put screen shots on public websites containing passwords

Third: software supplier should never ever put screen shots on public websites containing email addresses

Fourth: We got even no emails from Globo, even when we use there website contact form - tried three times

Fifth: It seems I'm not the only one which has "communication problems" with Globo. Just read the comments from 6th May from Canada.

If I would be a software provider, I would be very worry about what's happen with my clients mail. I would check all my website and look where the missing mails from my website email forms are sticking. That's a key information channel and not a sleeping chat window!

The "try" what I saw was a screenshot.... We never got the messages - also not the reply from your website online form requests. The presented screenshots seems to be from the support and not from your "so called" sales team, which also should give answers on ANY email requests.
