Error 500 when opening the app for the last 3 days, and still no response from the support team.

We regret for the experience you faced with our app. Our Shopify support responded to your ticket and we were waiting to hear back from you, but we haven't got any response from you after then.
Today we have also sent our mail to your email ID for issue resolution. Please check your inbox and grant access (the collaborator request was already sent) to your store. Our team will look into it.

Attempted to make this work. The app when enabled screwed up the vertical spacing in the product page, collection listing and collection groupings. Submitted a trouble ticket. Gave access to entity. Can see they accessed my template. Gave them 10 days + trial period. Still no resolution. Cancelling having unsuccessfully implemented and not received satisfactory support or communication with alternative guidance.

It would be great if you could reinstall our app to your site and we will for sure assist you our best to improve your experience with the app.
