With our app, you can easily add custom fields to your cart page, and optionally make them required. Customers won't be able to visit the checkout area unless they fill out the information you need. The captured information is saved with Shopify and available to you in the order page. It can also be exported, displayed in emails and order printouts etc. The app supports the newest theme format known as Online Store 2.0.
- Field types: Text, Number, Checkbox, Radio, Dropdown, Combobox, and Text area.
- Simple drag and drop install process, built into the Theme Editor.

Great app and even greater and really fast support! That's how it should be! As far as I know the only app which can help you to get additional fields into the cart without having the shopify plus plan.
