Support is extremely limited in their knowledge of their own app.
They will tell you that Stripe payments are not functional with their app - when they are.
They blame Shopify limitations that don't actually apply to your store when you read through them.
They will tell you that their dysfunctional app is the issue of anyone but the app.
For example - I have two of the exact same post-purchase offer - one has a 34% conversion rate and one has a 0% conversion rate. Support's response was that the 0% conversion rate offer just wasn't good enough - without even looking to confirm the offer. Had they looked, they would see that it is the literal exact same offer - copy paste.
Out of 4 funnels, only one was actually working. The other 3 had payment error messages and didn't present the correct offers, or didn't present the offer at all.
Less than half of my checkouts were even able to see the offer at all.
The bottom line here is that this app isn't ready for launch and their support isn't ready for anything.

The support team has been disappointing. I requested a small layout change, but even after 30 days, it has not been properly implemented. Despite multiple follow-ups, they keep saying the task is completed when it is not. The lack of efficiency and communication is frustrating.
