Simply Pre‑Order Now and Pay

Stay away from this company and do not install this app if you value your business. This is what they did to us. We tried out the app for about 6 months. We had repeated technical issues with the app and finally decided to just move on to another app. I let them know we were removing the app, and we asked for assistance to make sure there would be no problems with the removal of the code. There were big problems after removing the app. The first problem was that items could no longer be added to the cart if we enabled "continue selling when sold out" in Shopify. We told them about this and received no response. The next day, we realized we weren't getting any sales as usual and found out NO PRODUCTS IN OUR STORE COULD BE ADDED TO THE SHOPPING CART. We reached out again and expressed the emergency in a support ticket. We also called and left a message because they don't answer the phone. Still no response. I am convinced they did this on purpose because we were removing the app. No developer would make changes to code without doing it first in a backup of the theme. They apparently changed the code in our live theme and did not even take the time to see if they broke something. This is what you can look forward to if you risk your business by installing this app or dealing with this company (Lucent Innovation).
