Signed up, app didn't work, contacted support they looked at. It turns out the app didn't do what I wanted so I uninstalled and was told by company it was cancelled and I am still getting charged. This app is very new and I;m not saying it's not legit or a good app BUT cancel my subscription like you advised in writing that was being done.

Thank you for you review , For refunds we don't have that option to do it ourselves as developers and we had to contact shopify support to process the refund which took a bit longer on their side. We again apologise for any inconvenience. Hopefully you'll use our app again in future
