We would recommend this app. Saved hours of time doing manual re-sort everyday. Had some initial issues which were quickly resolved by Alex. Support team is very helpful and fast.
One of a kind app that let you easily order your products in collections by tags. Within the tags order, it let you have the most recently created products displaying first, couldn't find that in any other apps i tried before. Great customer support comes with it.
This app helped us to put out of stock products at the end of collection pages, so that we can advertise what's in stock. Set-up is easy. Customer support is very friendly, quick and to the point. We had a small problem and they informed us about the reason, which was due to another app and we could fix it.
Great works as advertised. Easy to use.
Can be a little slow when making changes. Our only request would be a more flexible way to merchandise the featured products of a collection. Moving an item only 1 space up or down is very tedious when you are merchandising many products and many collections. This is magnified by the slow response.
I like the sort order of "Number of Sales - High to Low." I wish that it could sort the order by the number of "net" sales. For example, I'd like to count the number of sales if the "financial_status" is "paid" so that I could eliminate the order yet to be paid which might be cancelled. Update: They've finally added the function "Paid only" which I've been waiting for.
It's crazy that Shopify doesn't have a built in function to re-sort products by availability.. We have a fast-moving and constantly rotating inventory that used to result product pages with half the items being out of stock, which needless to say doesn't look very attractive. Enter Bestsellers reSort - now the store looks great and we have all the sorting order management control missing from Shopify. Very satisfied, and highly recommend!
This app has been very helpful for our store. We have over 12,000 SKUs and managing their sort order manually would have been impossible. We found Bestsellers reSort to be a comprehensive solution that allowed us to set up complex sort rules based around their built in sort features combined with tags.
Very happy thus far. Two things on the wish list would be to influence whether a tag was treated as new/bumped to the front for back in stock. The other would be to select only one collection to resort on the fly with the manual resort, instead of having to sync them all.
A Most Excellent App. It will sort any or all collections indivdually or together...with separate rules for each, global rules or a combination of both...
It will sort by any number of different ways - one I find most useful is by *Published* date, rather than *Created* date. You can push things up, push things down, offer featured products at the top, put Out Of Stock products at the bottom - or pretty much any combination you like.
Basically, you can do ANYTHING you could possibly want - apart from the one extra trick that Out-Of-Stock Police has...that of being able to hide products after a while and then reinstate them when they come back into stock. And I'm not sure I need that, now.
It will automatically sort all the collections you wish to sort (individualy selectable) ONCE per day - whenever you like - but also, you can manually sort at any time you jolly well please...
So, for instance, I put around ten new products up per day (to keep Google interested), which appear in a New Arrivals carousel. These products were created quite a while ago, as I have bricks and mortar shops and that's where products go first. I only release them to the web when all info is present and correct. So, having released the products, I do a Bestsellers reSort on my 'Everything' category, by Published date - and - voom! there they are at the top of the list. Blinkin' marvellous.
Can't praise this app enough.
I don't like paying every month for an app - but this app certainly works for its money and is, undeniably, #WorthIt.
Oh yes - 'it just worked' as well...no faffy setting it up, apart from determining what you want from each collection and then fine-tuning, of needs be. This is where the 'sort at will' comes in useful - you can see your results in pretty much real time. That's the other thing. It's quick. I tried another sorting app and it took, seriously, HOURS. THIS app, Bestsellers reSort, sorts my 'Everything' collection of over 5,000 products in less than five minutes. It can sort all my ~100 collections in around 15 minutes.
Impressive! Installed a few days ago but we've seen big improvements in conversion rate and time on page year over year. It takes A LOT of manual work out of my day and is great for large and very varied catalogs (we have close to 6000 active products). Shopify's native sorting options aren't nearly enough for a store of our size so I was stuck sorting manually for key categories. This removes the need. Very happy I found it!
I had questions before trying this which were answered promptly and politely. The app installed cleanly with a click and I love it so far! It appears some fresh new features to customize for more stores' needs are right around the corner, too.
