The customer service team is extremely easy to work with and very helpful! Anytime I have needed a custom report made, the respond back with what I need very quickly.

My suggestion would be to offer a tutorial on how to create my own custom reports.

We use Bestsellers reSort to manage a large number of SKU's across a variety of collections. The automated and customizable sorting rules allow us to put the right products in front of our shoppers as they spend time on our site. I love the ability to feature new items for a specific period of time, push out of stock to the bottom, and mix it up on occasion by choosing to sort a collection by revenue produced, inventory on hand, best sellers over a short or long period of time, etc. This is one that I recommend to any store with more than a handful of SKU's.

This app has really helped our store increase revenue.

It allows us to:
- sort each category by best seller. (either of the month, 3 months or a year)
- moves sold out products to the bottom.

This has helped us a lot because we don't want sold out products to disappear since we want customers to vote to 'bring it back'.

Great app for putting best selling items in front of customers with very little effort. Also good for 'hiding' out of stock items automatically. Support very responsive

I rarely find an app this useful, this quickly. I really needed to find a serious way to sort my dozens of collections (with almost 1000 products in store).
It's as close as I could have wanted in order to create a good balance between what's new, best selling and featured items, without having to put too much work into manually editing each collection.
One major feature to put in would be probably giving a value of importance to some criterias like "new", "featured", "sale" or for each x units sold ... something to think about.
