Manoj fixed any issues within seconds of me asking, the app itself works great and cuts out a lot of customer service questions for us. Perfect.

We never even got to use the app. We reached out to the support team about helping us import and switch from another app. They replied to tell us they were working on it. We reached out no less than 4 different times over the following 3 weeks and every time kept being told that it was being resolved with top priority support. Well, now almost a month later, we still have not been able to use the app and customer support is clearly not planning to help us out in any way.

I'm guessing this app works fine if you do not already have an established store, but if you are looking to switch over to this app, just note that the customer support is lacking and doesn't follow up on tickets. We will update our review if they somehow ever make things right, but for now we need to.

It works as intended and sends periodic reports for new subscriptions.

Atendimento super rápido e eficiente! O app funciona muito bem.

The app works occasionally - but whenever we've had more than a handful of notifications it only sends a few before completely giving up. We've check our notifications settings and they should all have gone out. In the end we've had to send nearly 1000 emails ourselves, and weeks later have had nothing apart from 'all seems to be working at our end' from support. We do understand that we may have misunderstood the ramifications of the notification settings, however, we have asked about this and have also had no response and there is next to know documentation to go with the app.

When it works its great, but there is also very little flexibility in the system. For example, having emailed people manually when the app failed, we can now see no way to cancel or disable old notifications in waiting, which basically renders the whole app useless as we've had to set the inventory parameters unrealistically high in order to prevent the emails from being arbitrarily triggered and our customers receiving extra emails.

We're going to stick with it for a little while longer to see if we can battle through, but with no change will have to move to something coded better, with more flexibility and better support.

I wish the interface let you export the restock alert for certain products only rather than the entire list. We also wish that if a product was in draft mode the email wouldn't be sent until the product is active again. We had a problem with the restock email going out when prepping the product page but the page was not live yet. But overall we are satisfied with this app.

It has everything I was looking for !, the application allows you to customize the notification email as well as the SMS in a quick and easy way, notifications arrive to my clients without delay and the application allows me to review reports from all clients subscribed to notifications . Before I had an application that notified by PUSH but it didn't work well and I did not notify my clients when an product was available again, with this application I know that my clients will be notified so that I do not lose sales. Antes tenia una aplicación que notificaba por PUSH pero no funcionaba bien y a mis clientes no les notificaba cuando un articulo estaba disponible nuevamente, con esta aplicación se que mis clientes estarán notificados haciendo que no pierda ventas. El servicio de soporte técnico es sobresaliente y amable.

I installed this on Helenskinz Vape Shop NZ and it was a breeze to install, very good customization and simple to complete. If you want to move your button it's not difficult to move it in your Liquid pages. I think it's the Best App I have ever installed on our website/shop, I am looking forward to stock arriving now because a lot of it will be sold very quickly when added to the inventory because many people have already used the buttons on a few different pages and all of them are going to be notified the moment it is in stock. It looks cool, it's just the best feature you could add to your shop. I highly recommend it. Check it out it's well worth the time. Best Shopify App I have ever seen, I would miss it if I didn't have it in a big way! Support is good, had an issue, they fixed it and it all works! In fact they helped me again today betting the button to sit nicely on the phone, it looks great, they are very helpful and do a good job.
