It works but needs tweaks to be a good useable app. Firstly, If you have spent 10 minutes finding all the products you wish to print barcodes for, if one is missing a number, rather than throw you out of all the hard work you have done putting it on a list to print, how about it designate a barcode and then go to the next page for the quantity of labels needed?. This one is the deal breaker for me. Transfers!. I have just put over 350 new stock items that arrived today, now all of these products need barcode labels. Why cant there be a button to print barcode labels from that screen. It would save hours of work?. It took me ages to enter it for the transfer, having to compile the exact list again to generate the labels is a huge waste of time!.

Shame we can't select our own label size. I really need to print brother 23x23 labels. Please make this an option!

At this time, the supported barcode printers only work with Dymo and Avery Standard labels (https://bit.ly/2Oz4D3Z). I would like to submit your feedback to our development team, so I've just sent you an email in case there are any other details you would like to add. We are no longer able to access the Retail Barcode Label App - we are getting a message that the IP address is not recognised. Have tried deleting the app & re-installing it, however when we try to re-install it, it also shows a message that the IP address is not recognised.
I have emailed the support email address without response. I am very disappointed by this & it is affecting our ability to run our business.

It's very helpful for printing out retail tags. however, it is not the right app. for upc codes. There are not enough characters when integrating with other sales channels.

So many steps involved just to print a label. What a waste of time. Waste of materials too when I inevitably try to print quickly and forget to select the paper size (which needs to be done every time).

Update: This is the most infuriating part of my brick and mortar. Even when selecting the correct size "paper," the label is positioned incorrectly on the sticker and gets cut off, necessitating a decrease in scale percentage. This in turn makes the label small and difficult to read, but otherwise, pertinent information gets cut off, even though it is nowhere near the side edges of the label.

I also dislike that when selecting product labels to print, most recently created products are not listed first. Now I need to either remember which products were most recently created (difficult when creating many in one sitting), waste time and write them all down so I don't forget, or open multiple tabs to reference.

Honestly, please bring back the former barcode printing app, it was far more user friendly and efficient. This one is AWFUL. Side note, when printing regular documents after printing labels, you need to select your printer and paper size...again.

Like the rest, if I could give a 'zero' star review I would. Constantly getting an error state when trying to print using this app. When I print without the app, the label printer works just fine, but, when I use the app, I get nada.

I need a template for 52.5 x 29.7 but they don't have it. i tried use other template for 10x4 but print really bad the barcodes

So far this has proved to be totally useless for me. I've wasted so much time with this. First I installed it and it just doesn't work properly, I cannot get any fields to print other than name and barcode, none of the other options I selected will print. I reached out twice on email for assistance but got no response. So I unistalled it hoping I could reinstall it and now it just wont install, keeps just giving me an error page. hours and hours of time wasted.

We use this app regularly and it's been a great help, a lot of our goods are from local artist and makers that too numerous to remember it all so this makes things faster and easier at the till.

Thank you for your review, we appreciate you taking the time to share it with us so that we can improve! Currently, it is a known issue that the app can sometimes not work with Safari. I'm glad you were able to use Chrome as it works great on this browser. I've reached out to you via email to follow up on your experience and hopefully get additional feedback with the app to send to our development team.
