We are no longer able to access the Retail Barcode Label App - we are getting a message that the IP address is not recognised. Have tried deleting the app & re-installing it, however when we try to re-install it, it also shows a message that the IP address is not recognised.
I have emailed the support email address without response. I am very disappointed by this & it is affecting our ability to run our business.

It's very helpful for printing out retail tags. however, it is not the right app. for upc codes. There are not enough characters when integrating with other sales channels.

Why does Retail Barcode limit a dumbell label to 1 line? We would love to be able to use Retail Barcode Label to print our Dymo dumbell labels, but we print 2 lines on them and need 4 fields. The dumbell fits all of the text. Saying this APP allows you to "create custom templates" is not really true. Right now we have to export product data and then merge with the Dymo template, but the exports take more time and because Shopify limits product list in admin to 50 records per screen, we end up exporting multiple documents. Please fix Retail app to allow TRUE customer design. We print 2 lines on dumbell labels for all of our products, so there is no reason we should be limited to 1 line of text in Retail Barcode App.

Why did you take away the auto print feature for labels? Now we have to go through 2 extra steps, it's not as easy and streamlined?! Would love to see the auto print feature return.

This works okay but I really wish it would integrate into the "transfers" tab. It's very time consuming to have to receive inventory and then go into a separate app and reselect all of my merchandise to print labels. It would be amazing if I could print labels for the items I got in directly from the Transfers screen.

It's sometimes frustrating because it won't created barcodes on items. You have to repeatedly hit create. Other than that it's good

This was an easy to use app until last week. Like the other reviews this app was working fine until last last week now it's not even creating barcodes, so pretty useless now & I don't want to have to re-create new barcodes for over 400 products??

As of 5th Feb 2020 the Retail Barcode Labels/Print Preview page redirects to the /Label Templates page upon pressing Print X Labels button instead of opening the Printer pop up or auto printing. The process is now more inefficient and each label comes from storage.googleapis.com

The app has a lot of troubleshooting. It's also impossible to reach the help page because it keeps crashing.

Mostly easy to use, but: shopify does not allow enough templates to choose the sizes of labels that we actually need, so we have to select a "nearest" size and print at 73%.
Thank you for taking the time to share this review with us. While we have recently made a few updates to the app, they should not be affecting your ability to use the Dymo printer.
