If you're looking for simple background removal, you'll be happy with this service, but if natural shadows are important to your images, you'll probably be disappointed. When I photograph my products, I take the time to adjust the lighting to create shadows that look real and highlight the product. Unfortunately, their approach is to knock out everything but the object and then add in artificial shadows. My experience has been that their shadows look contrived and unnatural--not the professional quality I need for my site. Given that they charge extra for adding shadows, that's just not acceptable. To be fair, they do seem to be willing to try over and over again to get it right. I've gone through four revisions on my most recent order, but I still don't have an acceptable image. I could have easily done it myself in that amount of time.

I like the app and the photos come back decent but they are never done in 24 hours. Even if I only submit 6 or 8 it takes a couple days.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. Our team sent an email two days ago about your order but haven't received a reply. Could you please check your spam folder?

All images are processed within 24 hours unless we require new photos (due to images being too small) or require more information.

In your case previously, I believe your photos have been blurry and it is important to us that they look perfect for your website and meet your requirements so we have reached out for this reason.

If you would like us to process the small images provided, let us know and I will make a note for us to not follow up on the order next time. We are happy to work however you would like.

I use this app frequently to add white background to my photos. When I placed my first few orders, the pictures came out really good. Now, I'm finding the quality and care taken to add/remove backgrounds is sloppy. I find I have to go through two or three revisions to get it right.

well... my story, purchased 50$ credits, try to use it only after 2 weeks (didn't have time) and i didn't like the workflow process. I Emailed them that i want my money back , they told me 24 hours passed,and they can't give me a refund.
Naturally - i Got pissed. 50$ is ALLOT. I didn't like the UI/Workflow. very uncomfortable. 1 angry customer.instead of proper customer service. (the client always right?) Did i eat your bread? did i break a glass in your shop? is it that difficult to refund something I didn't use? over all , they DO remove the background. and they sound nice. they just don't understand what is proper customer service.
