They do a good enough job. Communication is excellent, and if we accidentally submit the same item twice, they send an alert. Minus one star is for tediousness of selecting image. We have a lot of products and locating the one needing recoloring or background removal feels excessively laborious-the oldest images load first, you can't just skip to the last page, which can take time. Good find. I have used Pixc Photos on number occasions and they do a great job in making my pictures retail ready and the customer service is absolutely great! All my orders have come back quickly.
I want every advantage I can get to help speed up the process of creating content and scaling my website. This app is nicely integrated making the process of professionally masked images super easy.

Love this app! Saves me a ton of time in editing my photos and a very quick turnaround time with great results. This leaves me more time to work on other aspects of my store. Staff are lovely to deal with and quick to respond to my messages. Highly recommended :)

Very handy app for those who are not savvy in Photoshop (or don't want to spend the time/money). Your first 5 images are free which helps get an understanding for the app. Very simple to upload images from files or directly from existing products in your Shopify shop. I recommend!
