We're confused why some customers were converting and sticking with us and others weren't. There was a wide distribution in AOV and, with tens of SKUs, was extremely difficult to structure flows with appropriate products that were tailored to everyone. Not to mention all the lengthy time delays and waiting to see if your assessment was correct, and if not it’s back to test.
We wanted a solution that could predict when customers will buy again, sending them emails at times that were in line with their product usage habits. Retentics became that solution for us. On top of understanding and analyzing our customers’ transactions with their AI, we were able to easily analyze the flows when it came to reporting, as there weren’t any crazy conditional splits or profile filters. Their AI did all that. On top of this, they have a product recommendation block that helps us with the click-through rates for our emails, populating in each email unique selections, making our post-purchase flows feel that much more unique. 10/10 would recommend using Retentics for any brand looking to use AI to add more personalization to their email marketing strategy, plus increase revenue in the post-purchase flow area.
