Blonyx

We tried to install this app to get retention data. There is a 3 day trial. After installing it gave the message that it was collecting and analyzing data. It stayed like this for over a week, then we deleted it. I haven't checked yet, but I think we were charged after the 3 day period. Heard nothing from customer services.
