This app is an absolute game changer and offers an incredible number of analysis with just few clicks. Before installing RetentionX in our shop, we had to calculate all relevant KPIs manually and with much effort. Nadine and her team are always super helpful and try to meet every request. RetentionX is one of the apps in our software stack that's a total no-brainer.
