This is one of the most powerful tools I use on a weekly basis across my small and large accounts. It's the easiest way to push specific segments to Google and Meta and a great way to slice and dice your customers.
We have benefitted greatly from RetentionX and the valuable insights it provides. It has helped us better understand our customers and helps to understand where we need to improve and develop further. It integrates well with our existing Shopify Plus tech stack and we are very pleased with the platform.

Brilliant app! Gives us a view of our business in a way no other app provides. The customer segmentation is more advanced than what we get in shopify, and is the driving force behind this app. The AI insights are also really useful and actionable - eg: we increased our free shipping threshold based on this app's recommendation and it's increased our AOV!

Amazing app - definitely the best retention platform I have worked with. There are so many insights into your customer database, product performance and RFM groups, that can help your business make informed decisions. The app is easy to use and graphs are easy to understand. The support is also outstanding, their team has been helping us find all sorts of information about our customers and develop innovative solutions if we're looking for some particular insights.
