Very in-depth analysis of our data. Great options to personalise segments and most important; aggregate your different stores into one dashboard. Support is the best I found so far amongst the various apps. Alex and and his team provide instant feedback and follow up. Recommended!

This app has a beautiful UI but more importantly, the detail and insights that it returns is unparalleled. One of our favorite features is the segmentation engine that can be used to slice and dice all the different reports to provide even deeper insights. At the end of the data, it's not about just getting more data, it's about showing insights around that data and that's what RetentionX does wonderfully for us.

We use this app to track things like AOV, LTV, consumer mix and repeat probability. Highly recommend this app for companies like ours that don't have expensive teck stacks and need great, responsive customer service to help translate what they are looking at.

This app is great. The service team is also great. We had about three onboarding meetings and they were very accommodating and quite knowledgeable; both about the product and about how it works to help our company. Great experience all around thus far.

This tool is incredibly helpful in understanding customer purchasing behavior to make data-driven decisions as they apply to customer retention and acquisition strategies. Probably one of the easiest apps to get setup on and it provides amazing data I haven't found anywhere else. The price point of $399 max is great. It shows data that I've been tracking manually for months and even data I had just started to track manually right before finding it. This has show a few HUGE things that we really needed to know. Since implementing this, digging into the data, and brainstorming around it, we're already seeing a lift in metrics. This is great at highlighting ALL your flaws and all the things you've missed? Tracking LTV monthly by customers is my favorite piece so far. This is something I've wanted to find for months but have only found manually elsewhere.
