We’ve been integrating Stay Ai into Humantra for the past two months, and it’s been an absolute dream. The platform is intuitive, easy to navigate, and makes total sense for our product, ensuring a smooth experience for both us and our customers.
The support team has been incredibly responsive and helpful, making the entire process effortless. Everything has been running smoothly, and we’re already seeing the potential this has for our brand.

I can't say enough good stuff about Stay.ai and their team (particularly Tom, who was in charge of our migration). I only wish we had found out about them earlier. Excellent product, and most importantly, outstanding customer support. Please, never lose this.
Having been at a legacy subscription software, I've seen firsthand how 'unfriendly' such Apps can be, leaving stores to figure everything out by themselves. Keep on innovating and improving, most importantly never lose this DNA of customer-centricity. Stay AI has my unreserved recommendation.
Stay ai is AMAZING!! As a Marketing Tech Specialist, I've set up quite a few softwares for clients and I haven't seen a Subscription service that comes close into comparison with everything you're able to do with Stay ai. The customer service portal is definitely something your customers will love (and your CS people too) as they can manage their account so easily. Maria, Karl, and the team are wonderful to work with and they made setup a breeze!
We've just gotten started with Stay AI, but the process has been so simplified and easy to work with. The team is also incredibly helpful with any questions we have which is AMAZING. Typically, we'd have to watch videos or read through long Q&A's that don't even have to do with our problems - but the customer service here is next level with finding solutions. 100% recommend!
We recently made the switch to Stay for its user-friendly portal, better tools for launching customer experience campaigns, and top-notch support. Like any big transition, there were a few bumps (none the fault of Stay), but the onboarding team was fantastic - always ready to help and quick to resolve anything that came up. They even went the extra mile to sort out our buy box design and functionality on our landing pages. Huge thanks to our Customer Success Manager, Audrey, for consistently bringing fresh ideas to help grow our subscription program. We’re excited to see what’s next with Stay!
Stay AI has been so amazing to work with! The backend is easy to use, they have so many great ways of quickly running promotions and deals with our subscription products. Their front end and visuals are such a better customer experience as well! We moved from Recharge and it has been smooth sailing ever since. Their customer support is amazing and always there to step in and help with any issues.

This is the third subscription software we have used in 5 years. We are happy with Stay.AI. They did 98% of the onboarding for us, I can actually reach a live person by email or chat for customer support. We have a dedicated person who often is our support but also will brainstorm ideas to increase subscriptions, retention etc... (yay Sophie!) The portal is easier for our customers to use. What else can I say?
