We migrated over to Stay Ai from ReCharge for multiple reasons. We wanted a unified checkout, better support, more customization opportunities and more. Since the migration, our subscription platform has grown tremendously. I do not regret the switch and recommend moving over to Stay Ai if you're currently using a dated subscription platform like ReCharge.

We've literally tried them ALL! From Recharge > SKIO > Smartrr > Stay AI, we can NOW confidently say we have found a home; and it's not even close. We are continuously impressed with the level of professionalism, thoughtfulness and dedication we receive from the Stay team. We can be tough on the team for product feature requests and minor Shopify limitations, but each time the team handles it with grace and patiently, while they work hard to proactively incorporate and address our feedback to resolve our problems. We are proud to build along side Gina, Evan and the Stay Ai team!

We switched from Recharge and wanted a subscription app that was highly stable and would grow with us since we have a big recurring base. Stay.ai has been great. Reliable, great team to work with, highly professional, and the best of the many options we evaluated after talking to the founding teams and references (e.g., Smartrr, Skio, etc.). Minor hiccups/gaps but expected since they're still building. Gina is also extremely professional and competent as a CEO/founder. It's a big plus as she's responsive to any requests or concerns. Happy we switched.
