We like using this app for our subscription! The user interface is easy for both the customer and for us managing the program, it comes with a lot of useful analytics, and I love that they are always coming out with new features and updates, with a dedicated customer success manager that we meet with every month to introduce them and make sure we are getting the best use out of all that stay.ai has to offer. They are also super quick to respond to any emails answering questions or even assisting us in making updates.

We recently began working with Stay AI and are very pleased with their services—the platform delivers tangible results. The customizations they offer are well-suited to the needs of our small business, and the white-glove migration and onboarding support have been exceptional. Our transition to Stay AI was driven by the desire to provide our customers with a more seamless way to skip, delay, and manage their orders, and the platform has made that process significantly easier.

We recently transitioned to Stay AI and while onboarding wasn't totally seamless (largely due to internal miscommunication...) it’s been a much better experience since getting up and running.
