Pretty good. No rewind or skip forward features. I think it would also be better to add a way to go to next recording without going to the main menu.

Testei outros apps que prometiam acompanhar o comportamento dos clientes na loja mas foi apenas com o Retter e com um outro que eu fui capaz de fazer isso. Tenho inglês básico e, mesmo assim, o layout do Retter permitiu que eu navegasse pelo app com alguma facilidade. Quanto ao suporte, ele é sempre atento e presente. Eu tive uma dúvida e eles me responderam na hora e resolveram o problema.

there's a lot to love in Retter, from the dashboard and how they enrichment the sessions with extra data, and as a new store their plan model allows your store to use the app for free to minimize expenses, and grow as you go... And the support is top-notch!

This app is extremely useful. I had some problems with my funnel because there were to many ATC but no sales, so I downloaded this app in order to record my visitors actions, and to analyse what wasn’t working. After doing that, I made all the changes, and I started converting a lot more. So I recommend it to everyone who is struggling with its store and wants to improve conversion’s rate.

Fantastic APP takes seconds to set up and the knowledge I have gained is invaluable I have found 4 errors that I wouldn't have picked up on otherwise. The only issue I have is the way shopify have worded the "subscription" As on the free plan it states I can be charged up to $200US but this appears to be a shopify thing. More clarity on that would be fantastic. I really cant overstate how amazing this service is 1000% a must have app

This is a truly must have app for merchants. It works just as promised and I find it very helpful with seeing the activities of those visiting my online store. The replays are insightful and I like that they have a free plan for those of us just getting started. Even the free plan has just enough features to be beneficial. Would highly recommend!

Really great app to see my customer's movements in my website! Works almost the same way as Lucky Orange but has better value in terms of the pricing structure. I also heard they are coming up with new updates which some pretty cool features like showing broken links or if customers are clicking out of frustration and how many actions they are taking on our website. I recommend to try this app out!

Hola! Me gusta esta aplicación porque el plan gratuito es excelente, ahorita que todavía no tengo muchas visitas a mi web. Los replays también son buenos (te muestran el movimiento (scroll) que esta haciendo el usuario con su celular) y en general tengo buena experiencia. Tienen excelente servicio de atención y es rápido para contestar respuestas. Lo único que me gustaría que revisaran es, por ejemplo, algunos botones donde yo ocupaba hacer click para que la app hiciera lo que quería y para mi no era obvio. Pero fuera de eso es una muy buena app para comenzar con los heatmaps y poder mejorar mi webpage. thumbs up =)

I did try an earlier app prior to Retter, but that was laggy and had a lot of ads popping up in the free-plan every now and then, which is surely not the case with Retter. The extensive level of information and all the nitty gritty related to customer's visit on the website that Retter provides is beyond amazing. The interface of the app is nice, clean and extremely well-organized. Above all, the level of support they give is beyond amazing. Shout out to my guy Vlad for solving all my issues regardless of whatever time of the day I contacted them. 10/10 from my side, and 100% recommended.

I took a free plan to test and didn't work to excluded my IP but Retter support team helped me super fast and clear so it works so well now, I am so happy with this app and its support team service! Highly recommend to you :)

The support was quick, friendly and flexible. The app is super useful to have insights about your business. I will keep recommending this app for sure!

The app itself is great, useful for seeing replays of customers on websites as well as visualizing where customers click on a heatmap. My only caveat with this app is that it automatically charges you once you pass 1000 views per month. I had a problem with this, but I was able to figure it out with their quick and excellent customer service.
