We’ve been using Returbo for a few months now, and we’re genuinely impressed. The platform has significantly streamlined our return and exchange process, saving us valuable time and making the workflow more efficient.

Returbo has also made it easier to keep track of the returns when all info-; tracking number, order number, reasons for return etc. are collected in one place.

Being able to immediately show the sizes & colors available for exchanges and offering store credit as an option are also huge plusses.

Returbo is a highly userfriendly app with a great support team that is always easy to get in contact with.
Because of our warehouse system, we stumbled upon some difficulties regarding implementation (not Returbo's fault), but thanks to Returbo's great efforts, the problems were solved quickly.
The app itself is seamless and easy to work with. Great interface, and makes handling returns and exchanges ten times easier. The Shopify integration is 10/10.
