Very good return management solution that was easy to get started with. From our first test to we used it in production was less than 60 minutes.
It supports return labels from many different shipping providers and was straightforward to configure with our carriers.
Customers can easily exchange products for another size or colour during the return process, helping us retain sales instead of refunds.
The support has also been fast & personal
