Update: I have bumped it up to two stars since I was finally able to get access to the app. I filled out the application last night and haven't heard anything yet. I was told a collaboration request was sent, but I do not have one from them. Emails from them only come late at night (maybe they are in a different country?), so getting anything done seems to be a slow process. It is definitely not as quick, easy and seamless as they make it sound. They had a dead email going to the "Get Support" button. Hopefully they have now fixed that. When I tried to add the app to my store I kept getting an error. I tried contacting them through the get support button, but never heard from them. I have now deleted the app and will look into other options.

Excellent customer success and product team. As a small business, we have limited IT resources. They made the onboarding process extremely easy and assisted us the whole way. We just launched this week and the product is working well so far. Glad to offer our customers returns as an option and hoping this will help with our conversions!

Ran into an issue with the app working. Reached out to the help team and with in a couple hours they had figured out the issue and came up with a fix. Great support!

If you've been added to their email list, and spammed, then i'm sorry for you. Our company was added, and spammed with unrequited emails. Completely unethical. That's exactly how it would be partnering with them.
