We use Kover for our formalwear (which is on average $400). Due to the delicate nature of our garments, we haven't traditionally been able to offer returns, but with Kover it's become so easy! A large percentage of our formalwear customers choose to add it on - it gives both parties more peace of mind. Highly recommend trying it out for your store! This app is amazing it allows me to have a return option for my customers and doesn't cost me anything, just allows me to gain customers! Seel is great and I highly recommend Seel to any business. Setup is easy and quick I didn't even have to lift a finger Seel did everything!

This a great app because it gives the business the ability to refund customers without losing any money. The customer has the option to pay for insurance that will "Kover" the cost of the product for the retailer while allowing the customer to get their money back.
