This return assurance program is brilliant and the team that helps you to onboard is super responsive and helpful. Not only does this help us manage returns on final sale items it also helps give our customers an extra peace of mind when ordering final sale items online. It is a no brainer to have this service in place for your customers giving them an option to insure their purchases and protecting your brand reputation.

Even if the customer didn't purchase return assurance, customer service team will have friendlier talk point, such as by saying “I will make exception for return this time, but for next time, you should purchase return assurance”.
