No claim, I plan to uninstall your app, I pay hundreds of dollars every month, but there is no guarantee. No one responded after the sale. I didn't get any reply to my appeal, but I kept withholding money. Terrible.I've written ten emails to support them, and I haven't gotten any response. Their support services are terrible.

I can't get this app to stop charging my customers despite it being turned off and disconnected. Customer support is not helping either. User beware.
Seel has been great for my business. I sell products that aren't really appropriate to return once a customer has used them. For example, if they remove decals from the backing and install them before changing their mind and putting them back on the backing.... Previously customers would try to send those back to me for a refund. There's no way I could sell it to another customer so it would be a loss for me every time that happened. Now with Seel, I've been able to update my return policy so that returns are only available if the customer purchases the Seel Return Protection at checkout. AND, if someone does want to initiate a return, that's work I don't have to do anymore since it goes through Seel.
Just get this, hope this could assst with package issues
Overall, we've had a great experience using Seel and would recommend it to other vendors. The team is responsive and solution-oriented when facing any issues, and the process is straight forward.
More than an app. The app works well and as promised. My customers feel very comfortable to buy from us with a return policy, which this app handles without products needing to come back to us.
The app integrates easy with the site (they do all the work) and it works seamlessly. Support is personalized and responsive.
Very happy with how this app has helped my online sales grow.
Nice app
Only been using for a short time. Couple of customers did not understand and checked it in error. May be the way displayed on site. Gave myself a one-year trial period to see how it works but no really complaints so far.

The customer service will promptly respond to all my inquiries, very good customer service.
Orders with lost products can also be processed for us in a timely manner.
Merchant support is the worst. Over 4 months for a simple request to be completed/updated after repeated promises and in the end, they never did. But somehow they were quick (less than 4 days) to respond to my email for their removal from my store. If merchant support is this way, I can imagine the customer support and didn't want to take the chance.
