Seel Worry‑Free Purchase

The absolute WORST app. We have installed the app, Tried to get it connected to our shop - It says the app isn't installed when we log in to Seel. We have opened multiple support tickets over the last month and gotten ZERO replies or any assistance to resolve this. We really thought this would be great to have on our site but after receiving zero replies to support tickets, zero emails back and zero communication no matter how many times we requested support this is not worth it and is bad business. I am sure after this review gets posted we will either receive a reply here finally or a reply to our multiple support tickets which is unfortunate it would have to take a bad review for them to reply.

Scam!
When they don’t want to pay out they try to think of ways to scam you.

Trying to do a claim and they say choose a return option or just get 10% back.

Only option to choose from is get 10% back!

Merchant support is the worst. Over 4 months for a simple request to be completed/updated after repeated promises and in the end, they never did. But somehow they were quick (less than 4 days) to respond to my email for their removal from my store. If merchant support is this way, I can imagine the customer support and didn't want to take the chance.

I can't get this app to stop charging my customers despite it being turned off and disconnected. Customer support is not helping either. User beware.

Don't recommend it. Wasted a lot of time with this, only to be dropped by them. I had 7k missing in payment refunds in 2022, it would go unnoticed if I didn't do due diligence.
