This is a great app. It works flawlessly and has a lot of useful features. It has really improved the efficiency of our return process, so I can recommend this to any Shopify owner. Great customer service and always developing. Very intuitive, and it just works.

Do not trust this app if you expect any level of customer service. I was managing the St. Clair website and reached out to their support team regarding our configuration. Zero response. Having an app team ghost you during a live project is a massive risk for any e-commerce business. Their lack of professionalism forced us to switch to a competitor. Truly disappointing experience.
