such a great customer services , the APP is easy to use , 24/7 customer services , the functions of the app can be customized upon on your request. The app was designed for return & exchange, but we were looking for recycling function our new sustainable campaign and we requested to Prime return team , they just provide extra support to built us new function. We work in a very technical business selling TV Parts so we needed a very specific and technical returns app. Return Prime met all of our needs with flying colors and in fact, we required some custom coding to alter our return portal and the team at Return Prime took care of us ASAP.
