We are using Return Prime since some months now and we love the app, as all return handling is easy and straight forward. Great Support from the Appsdart Team. Fast and Professional. They are always open for suggestions and new challenges. We highly recommend this app. It will help you to manage exchanges and costumer returns easily in almost automatic flow. Enduser appreciate the clean and easy landing page for their requests. Finally they don‘t need to send emails and loose time. Integrations of Logistic and HTML Emails. Uploads of pictures and manual Shipment labels (if necessary) are rounding up the feature set of this app. We checked several or the competitors but most of them are much more expensive and really complicated or not having fast support responses. The integration to Shopify is perfect for exchange orders and refunds.

Its straight and simple gets the job done. If you are looking for an app that has a cheap price and lets you streamline your returns looks no further! Kudos to the customer service, I've not seen that level of care and good attitude in almost anywhere.

One of the best apps I have found over the App store. Our returns process has become so seamless. No more manual efforts now. A must-have app for Store owners. And if that is not enough, their support is on point. Much Recommended.

The "Free" tag on the app was little confusing. But team "Appsdart" was very quick to reach out to me and explain there pricing plans. The App is good and does the job effectively. Only if it could have feature to add more details or images from buyer in existing return request ifself, would have been great. currently, if more details are needed from buyer about returns being processed there is no way to add to existing ticket.

I used this app to manage returns and exchanges, And it is amazing, a perfect fit for any shopify store I think, Must have for online stores. Amazing support as well

its a really good App, and even better is their Support. its pretty easy to use and made the whole process smooth.

We are still new using the app but we are finding it very useful and hassle-free.

The settings are a bit tricky at first especially on how to set up the reasons for the return. Also had an issue with the return address but got an assistance right away from the support team!
